Zarek is conceived as a life-size guardian sculpture — a seated yet monumental figure that radiates quiet strength rather than drama. His form captures the moment where inner mastery replaces struggle, symbolising the power that heals, restores balance, and holds space with calm authority.
Crafted in reinforced fiberglass with layered wire mesh, the sculpture reveals both structure and transparency. Light moves through the mesh and textured planes, creating shifting shadows that suggest wisdom emerging from darkness and experience layered over time.
Zarek is crafted with a reinforced fiberglass core for structural strength, enveloped in hand-formed wire mesh that introduces a sense of movement and openness. The surface is finished with layered, hand-painted acrylic tones, then sealed with an exterior-grade protective coat for durability. Every contour, texture, and transition between solid form and mesh is refined to catch and filter light, creating shifting shadows throughout the day. Built to withstand both indoor environments and outdoor conditions, the sculpture balances sculptural detail with long-term stability.
