Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their orders within 48 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees.

Return Policy

  2. If a manufacturing defect is present, it is covered under our Galleria Exclusive 1-year warranty. For other cancellations, returns must be initiated at the time of delivery or within 3 days of delivery. Since all products are made-to-order, 50% of the product purchased is non-refundable.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
